How do I return an item?

All Sales Final/ Return Policy

All sales are final. If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact immediately.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the merchandise at to notify us of the damage, then return the damaged item to us. (Please send with your student and include a note with invoice #.) Upon receipt of the damaged item we will send out a replacement with your student, if available. If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
